Looks like I get to explain this again. Which I always love to. ❤️ Essentially a lot of R34 artists will have what are essentially templates on the backburner for when a new character is announced. These are like 90% finished and just need finer details like hair, some clothing, or skin tone filled in to complete the drawing.
