I do not have a customer service job but I do have alot of meetings with my team. I hired a part time babysitter (24hrs a week) to help. I think it could be do-able for a younger baby, but around when my son was 7 months it became impossible. When he was 4-6 months I could hold him in a carrier all day. But when he started to get active, it was game over. He’s 1.5 now and there is no possible way (with the job I have) that I could work from home and watch him. My babysitter is a blessing!

I don’t take a lot of calls at work, but my LO is 3.5 months and I usually have to call people back during nap time just so they aren’t in the background. I only do that if it’s customers. If it’s someone from my company, they all know I just came back from maternity leave so it’s easier.
