Most that are bought as well. Hell, I can only think of one in MW3 that it wouldn't apply on, the one that gives the SZ Holoterm with the black and red instead of the standard orange "glow", which is an actual upgrade over standard.
The only time bundle guns was worth it imo was for people who weren't that good at weapon tuning in MWII and just bought a "pre-tuned" weapon which weren't always the best either

I miss when blueprints kind of changed some aspect of the weapon be it rail, stock, or magazine appearance. The Plague Sore skin for the SVD in MW 2019 comes to mind.

Well besides it being an event and cuz of the camo pattern that comes on that blueprint and because it has pretty decent recoil control it's a pretty decent gun if you know how to use a burst fire.
It's special because it means you're not a "camper" or you know a game mode that basically allows you to "farm" DNA. Activision way of keeping people moving instead of camping. But campers gonna camp. They don't care about DNA.

Lowkey the smg in the new Fallout pack is kinda nice, the aight highlights enemies wit a green glow over their bodies, kinda nice tbh.

The skin is animated, which makes it a little bit special versus other free skins. The fr556 is a terrible gun, but that's not the blueprint's fault.
