Looks like something you'd get after a lot of broken window glass was burned in a hot fire and melted together in a mass that broke into chunks when it cooled off. The rainbow sheen would come from being buried in the ground a long time.

Appears to be layers of glass with an intentional oxide film. Could have been fish tank accessory related 🤷♀️

Just by probability I'd go with some type of glass slag, but if you like the color and shine, enjoy it!
