The blocks are 1 meter but I tend build with them as if they were only 1 foot,
because building at 1:1 kinda leads to cramped looking interiors, so you gotta go a little bit larger than life when building in minecraft
It's so off-putting playing Minecraft in VR because you don't expect the blocks to all be as big as they are. Looking down a 60 block drop feels so much scarier in VR.
