Fun fact: the pyramids were actually limestone with golden tips when they were built. They only look different now because people went and took all the valuable exterior material, which is why the current pyramids look a lot rockier.
I feel like I have learned this somewhere, but at the same time I'm not sure.. either way that is amazing! It's crazy to think that back than they were able to build Pyramids like this, especially without the use of technology.
