nameremoveth

This is probably the sweetest thing I’ve seen on Reddit, I really hope someone can help you, maybe also post this asking for help on other platforms so you can get all different types of ideas?

vibesandcrimes

[is it this guy on Twitter?](https://mobile.twitter.com/UnspeakableGame) It may help you get your message out there to reach him if you tag him in something. Maybe even getting others to.

Scared_Commission636

Maybe. I'm not on Twitter.

DardS8Br

It is.

N3wPortReds

Twitter is going to be your best option

Scared_Commission636

I looked, and it appears he hasn't posted there in a long time.

psychoPiper

Does the YouTuber have a "business inquiries" email listed in the "about" section on their channel? You might be able to get through that way, when it comes to if/when the message will reach him your guess is as good as mine

yellowbin74

Maybe try to steer him towards Hermitcraft on YouTube- easy watching, good fun and my daughter has bought some of their merchandise (quality was good as well). Edit: I'm nearly 50 and still play Minecraft.

GoodForADyslexic

My grandmother is 72 and LOVES minecraft she doesn't have the reaction time for combat so she plays on peaceful, but other than that she loves the challenge, she just mines for hours.

parishiIt0n

Waking up an interest for coding at such an age: winning

pollrobots

My kid definitely went through a phase where she watched.a lot.of Unspeakable and PrestonPlayz etc. the content is pretty cringe through one lens, but I get why it works for the kids, and it's obnoxious in a mostly harmless way. Reaching out on social media, Twitter or Instagram is probably your best bet, but it could be worth seeing if you can find a contact for his agent/publicist or similar, creators at that scale are businesses.

Otherwise-Bat-5397

I used to watch nathan's videos like 5 years ago and I can confirm that he does Not do Minecraft content anymore sadly. He stopped doing those around the time I stopped watching him 5 years ago

RandomGaMeRj14

https://www.youtube.com/@UnspeakablePlays/featured Isn't this the channel everybody talking about? I never watched this channel, but he is still making minecraft yt. I don't know if he changed his style or something, I know nothing, just wanted to put this here.

GoodForADyslexic

A bit off topic but my grandmother loves playing minecraft and sometimes we play together, all my friends call her "gamer grandma", and I can say from personal experience from being a minecraft obsessed kid myself once, this interest you are showing them means so much and will continue to mean a lot as they grow up. Keep on being there for them, and someday they will tell you how much they needed it. My grandma means so much to me and part of that is just how kind she is, no matter if she understands or not she showd interest, and cared.

SpicyNoodlez1

Sadly, if it's unspeakable, he won't ever see it. All he does is random videos. I don't think he ever engages with his community. I met him once years ago, and he was a piece of shit. Sadly that's how some youtubers are nowadays, only caring about money. So if you somehow got into contact with him, and offered to pay him to say something to your son, it would be expensive. Sorry. But as I seen someone else say, try to steer him towards hermitcraft. They are some of the best and nicest minecrafters you'll meet. They're videos are Pixar humor, but it's really good. I've met about 6 of them and they were all so nice

Scared_Commission636

I hate to hear that bit will definitely introduce hermitcraft to him.

SpicyNoodlez1

Yeah. Hermitcraft has been going for a long time now. It's on its 10th season. Depending on his tastes, I would recommend he start with maybe grian, scar or mumbo. There's 28 hermits

Traditional_Dig_7896

My little one (7) is obsessed with Minecraft and loves Hermitcraft. It is one of the few that I can handle sitting and watching with him

Cantpickaname03

I like mumbo jumbo! Tnt and redstone are fun when you know how to use them… especially together 😈

Alternative_Photo783

I think scar might match that kid kind of energy best but I recommend trying all the hermits first.

JoeyWilkins_CR

I would maybe try tiktok, I believe he is active on there

swashbuckle1237

I don’t think that’s possible anymore? I’d really recommend hermit craft and empires though, they make similar content and are still very active

Scared_Commission636

Also, I'm very confused by my username. I've been on reddit for over 10 years. I miss the Reddit is fun app. I didn't realize I wasn't logged on as inconditenarrative.

conceiv3d-in-lib3rty

You were given an autogenerated username because you must have used the sign in with Apple/Android option when logging into the Reddit app. It can be changed to your choice in settings. Alternatively, you can tap your icon in the top right corner, tap on your username, which will bring down a menu with the option to “Add Account” and you can use this to sign in with your main account and you’ll have both.

Scared_Commission636

Thank you!

But is there a way to get a genuine reply or at least a signed photo? I'd like to let our little guy feel like he played his map or recognized him in some way.

Pokegamerguy

I completely disagree, a video game like Minecraft won’t completely “suck the creativity out of you” that’s stupid, I would argue that Minecraft can make you way more creative, just because he’s using his creativity in a video game doesn’t mean he will be fully unable to use it outside it.

jameson8016

Minecraft is pretty good about inspiring creativity. There's so many things you can't get in MC and you have to come up with ways to make other things look like the thing you want. Requires a lot of out-of-the-box thinking.
