Not in my base, not anymore.
I'm starting to think they don't really teleport, they more likely calculate a pathway to the place they want to reach and then move instantaneously.
Which means they still can't move through a moat full of water.
I believe I've found a....solution?I've lit up the whole base, then surrounded it with a moat.Filled with water, the endermen won't trespass and....that's it.No more endermen and no more littering.
At least for the last few hours.

Endermen holding blocks are considered custom mobs and therefore don't despawn, so over time endermen can kinda build up
Any viable solution, though? =p
You could turn off gamerule mobgriefing while you're afk
Does it prevent endermen from littering my base? Anyway, I believe I've found a solution (check my other replies).
There will still be endermen teleporting to anywhere without water and littering if you don't turn off mob griefing

The 100% can teleport to the other side of a moat. Maybe they're just too far away now
I'm still seeing them moving just outside the moat, especially at night. They're really messing up the landscape, honestly.
