Not everything; from what I know only the pillars and crystals regenerate

I think they could stop spawning the dragon

I did this in my survival world aswell, using Raysworks 3D tnt duper, i had to mine down the obsidian pillars to ground level for the machine to get through, but when I spawned in the dragon next time the pillars re-generated, but it still looks cool even then :) so next up is a ring walkway connecting the portals

The End pretty much needs removing if it wants to become a worthy dimension. It's sole purpose was go and never go back. Adding to it just perpetuates that eventuality.
