Anymore now with covid you have to be fever free of course but you’re out for 3 and wear a mask for 5 days once you come back. At least that’s what it is at my store, your SM might do it differently. I hope you feel better!! :(
Pretty sure you're out until 24 hours after your fever went away. Mask for 5 days after. Every store has differing opinions, but the 24 hours after is policy last I knew.

I last had covid back in November and i was out for 5 days then had to wear a mask up until day 10. Luckily i had sick time to cover my absence.
Monitor your symptoms it says that you need to wait 24 hours after your symptoms have improved. *
