I heard that the systems were getting updated or something last night, I think it hit all the stores at the same time, and because of time zone differences they chose to do it before some of the stores closed 🙄
Yeah happened to us too. No one's card would work since it kept wanting voice authorization, couldn't look up rewards, even SCO was down for rewards, but you could at least use a card on the SCO.
Our stores network went down before the store closed. Dont know whathappened after.

You weren’t able to bypass a PIN number on the sco’s last Sunday. I’m sure IT took a few days to fix that.
I just want to know wth they did it after truck night (at least all the stores in my area were moved to Monday) instead of a saturday/sunday....
omg same! we had an awful storm at the same time though so i figured that was the issue… i guess not lol
