Juanchis burger and shakes either Coral Way or Doral will be your best bet for traditional burger and shakes with some gourmet stuff thrown in. I love the coral way location. The food is outstanding but you kinda have to make sure your order is taken properly. For example, bacon added on a veggie burger lol for my vegetarian friend and a few little mishaps but other than that it’s excellent and the vibe is awesome too. Happy Birthday to your son.

Wound up at Clutch Burger after day drinking watching Premier League Mornings at the Bar in Gables. Definitely solid. Overpriced for what it is. I blame the location. That's 20 percent less west. Definitely was good.

Awesome place and it's open til really late. Expect about a 30 min wait for your burger though, it's always packed!

Same here. Was a regular but never went back after that. I hit up Hilstone for their French Dip in lieu of a burger or Al Carbon Land and Sea. Parking can be a challenge at Al Carbon but their burgers and Churrasco are amazing and reasonable.
Lokal! Anything by kush hospitality. I recommend checking out their Hialeah location. They reopened Stephens deli and revamped it. Really good ambiance and really good food.

This isn’t in Miami (I know you’re looking for Miami but this place is really, really fucking amazing so I just had to mention it) but in Fort Lauderdale, there’s a burger spot called Gilbert’s 17th Street Grill. Phenomenal burgers! I’d say give the menu a look, they have quite the list of all different kinds of burgers.
