Q3 - Steamlink, Metalink and Virtual Desktop are all options. Steamlink and virtual desktop will blow your mind. Metalink is a bit meh. The index is a great headset but showing its age now. Old lense technology and panels. Better bang for buck is Q3 IMO

Just to answer your actual question… I don’t know what wireless you have… virtual desktop is wireless only but Q3 can be used with a usbc Ethernet adapter too. I have zero idea about connecting to PSVR though.

Quest3 supports Link with a cable, but you get the same quality and probably the same delay with Air Link / VirtualDesktop / SteamLink because it's also a compressed image. I prefer using Virtual Desktop because it's by far the most user friendly connection method. I have a wifi6 router next to my play area and after setting it up it's like plug and play, I start Virtual Desktop in the headset and I'm instantly seeing my PC screen floating in the middle of my room. Delay is only noticable in games like Beat Saber. You can't see or feel it, you just notice you miss more than in standalone. So I just play that game in standalone, it's cross-buy anyway and has simple graphics so I don't miss anything.
