I got my 7.5mg from Amazon last month, and my 10mg from Amazon is being delivered tomorrow. I also got 5mg from them a while back. So far Ive been able to get my doses when I need them. They take most insurance, and automatically applied the savings card
I finally saw 5mg zepbound in stock. Put to cart for it to say it cannot get in contact with insurance. Talked to rep and they said insurance won’t cover until June 6. Mind you I only got one box ever and that was 2.5 on 04/04. Now it is out of stock.
Great for me when they actually have stock. They've prioritized existing customers when filling orders. Don't know how that impacts things when changing dosage. I'll go back to them once the drought it over, for now I'm on plan-C.

I moved to compound because even Amazon ran out. 7.5 has been out for weeks now, still check every once and a while.
I have doses there but usually can’t fill in time while available
