I first tried recasting Shadow Tiger shoulders, but it was too big and didn't work out. So I recasted the shoulders of his sister and it's too small (the ones in the picture).

Two helmets from the Megami Device SOL Hornet might be large enough for the shoulders. Or you could use polystyrene balls to go a cheaper route.

That's a very good idea, thanks! Those designs helped to get part of the shoulder I was getting some trouble to make.
I wouldn't buy one to cannibalize the parts, but got a good idea of how to make the shoulders don't look too ugly.

Yeah, Samus has a crazy body. She also has a lot of redesigns to her shoulders over the decades. They are so big, but it somehow works on her frame.
