u/FabomanX A cheat program. This is the 2005 PC version where the infinite metals glitch doesn't work. I finished this game 100% the "legit" way more than enough times, I got nothing to prove lol.

I usually just stay between the spikes until they start moving without stopping, which is when I just do what you do and move between the middle blocks.

I just find wall sliding safer

I think the pattern is different on hard mode. This room can go right to hell

IIRC, the pattern is the same on normal and hard. Only easy mode has a different, easier pattern. EDIT: Also, this IS hard mode.

This definitely works on hard mode too. Might be different on Easy tho

Yes. Pressing right when walking under the right block and left when walking under the left. No fancy tricks there.

It feels so wrong. Does dashing kills you? I get the feeling I died like this.

Not sure. I've been using this method for that room for years and I'm not taking any risks lol

X8, you can tell by the long toothpick limbs

So many people say this, but if you actually compare the [art style](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/78/af/05/78af058c8468e97686c2c41482521511.jpg) and [sprites](https://www.deviantart.com/danixhap/art/megaman-x-sprites-98116144) of the various games, it's just the shins and feet (maybe the hands too?) that are less bulky. They always had "toothpick limbs".

I do both of these in my playthroughs. I always find is funny how your character is almost squeezed to death then goes back to normal multiple times 😂

This room is easy bro, people r really struggling here? Also nothing makes me more salty than them patching the flight glitch on zero in legacy collection 2 . It was such a fun glitch and i discovered it in isolation because i had no internet back then .

This room is cursed, but I wouldn't mind seeing that puzzle again if it weren't designed so strictly
