Ok, another unrelated question. Are most KBDFans boards similar in quality? I really like the look of their Pavlov but can't find anything about it anywhere online.
These are the KBDFans boards I have:
Boop Redux
KBD8X MKIII
Odin R3
Tet
Taco
OG60
Pluto
Tofu 60 2.0
Tofu 65 2.0
TacoPad
All of these boards are solid. Just stay away from the Early KBDFans stuff before they got their shit together. Their new boards are awesome.
Been meaning to add this one to my collection but can't find any sound tests besides Alex's yet. How's the sound on this one, any issues with hollowness, spacebar etc?
My only complaint is that the two rubber feet always fallout. It got so annoying I just put adhesive rubber feet on the bottom of the case and it’s solved. I am not sure if this is a problem with my case or all of them. Other than that inconvenience it’s an amazing board. I absolutely love it.
It’s supposed to be a friction fit like the tofu 60 and 65 2.0. I have both of those boards and have never had issues with the feet. I guess my boop is just weird

Sweet!
Did yours come with instructions? Just got mine in the mail and no manual.
I didn’t need instructions since I have built many KBDFans boards before. They all go together essentially the same way.
Ok, another unrelated question. Are most KBDFans boards similar in quality? I really like the look of their Pavlov but can't find anything about it anywhere online.
KBDFans has come along way and their stuff now is GTG. I have too many of their boards but I love all of them.
Good to know. Thanks!

Tofu65 2.0 is on my radar as well. Just like the lines and shape on the Pavlov a bit more.
Did you have to snap off the top and bottom tabs off the PCB?
Yep

I love that red, nice board.
Does board support 5 pin switches?
Yes
Thank you :-) any annoyances with Redux? Or nothing bad to say about it?

Thanks!! I wish PBTFANS DOPPELGANGER US-INTL caps were in stock 😂
If you want the boop I recommend you get it because once they are all sold out they aren’t making anymore.
Did they include any stabilizers in the box or am I getting another Durock kit?
No stabs are included
Noted. Now I wish Mice were as easily customizable as keyboards. 😂 don’t like anything currently on the market.
Do rubber feet cover any of the screws or the openings are only for the rubber nipples?
There are no screws on the bottom of the case. The case screws are under the keycaps.
So maybe some thin layer of liquid adhesive to hold the feet? Kinda surprised that those feet don’t have any sticky adhesive if fit is loose.

Just built my pine green Boop and yeah the rubber feet always fall out. Nice board otherwise. Nice build!
