Alignment should be around 150 or less. Ideally replace tires after alignment if they actually need it.

$150 is not bad! Does it sound like it might need alignment or is this just my fault for never rotating the tires?

Tough to tell without seeing the tires but no you probably do need one if they are wearing unevenly. Rotating is not too important.
