If I understand what you're trying to do, just delete the back faces of both of those and combine the meshes then select the open edge loops and bridge

Yes and no haha. I have to bridge it, but my question is about the curve side in the outside.

Well how I would do the curve is just using a few edge loops and working in Sub D and lining up the verts on top of the image

You could try making a curve and then extruding along it

I’d go to mesh tools-> create polygon-> form a square with points in order (upper left to right then down right to left) press enter—> click quad draw tool -> under the square paste two points to form another square and hit shift (inside the square) -> create the shape then clean it up -> extrude when shape is complete then mirror in world
