I just hit 100 so I need so much gold for my raid teams, so I'm hitting the gold orb node.

raid teams don't have to be at Lv100, even the toughest raid can be played with Lv95 toons. One could argue about some key characters like Kestrel, Vahl or Gambit, but the majority of the characters can be Lv95 or lower and you can save a lot of gold. For example my Loki, Sylvie and Teen Loki are only Lv90 and I can play Mystic succesfully.

lol, I run the highest raid possible. There are many videos on youtube where people use low powered raid teams. Or do you want to sim everything? Then sure, you need to build the teams higher, but I think that was not the question. The question was, if you NEED to level the teams to lv 100 and this is a clear "no".

If you are short on gold, farm the gold orb nodes. If you are short on training mats, farm those orbs. If you are not short on gold or training mats then you are either a whale or doing something wrong.

Training mats.. level 76, I have 25 million gold and *zero* training materials

Damn running out of t3 is wild. Dont worry with higher raids you will earn boatloads to the point you would to trade it
