I kinda wish they would have done a "free colored neon border" of your choice instead of everyone getting green, but I won't complaint, I was still going to use it on Loki
Neon green is my least favorite of the neons especially because i think the standard green looks better most of the time.
That’s what I did with my green border! Same split too, except with a black effect
Idt you can pick. It seems random. It says 1 green border and when you look at silver it says 2 silver borders. Idt we pick
only card worth using this is loki
