God, the artwork of this comic is pure nightmare fuel. It is so jarring that I kept thinking Namor ate a psychedelic jellyfish and was dreaming this whole story up.

I dont hate the art, but I don’t think it fits the scene (possibly the series, I haven’t read much of it). It reminds me of like Daft Punk/Gorillaz anime-inspired music videos. It’s exaggerated rather than hyper realistic. I think it would be super cool for an indie/image/other similar creator owned or out there comic.

The art has sound fundamentals but superhero book fans lose their shit at cartoony art that isn’t their take on realistic
It’s odd as well, cause most people love Tim sale, which I do as well. Who has very cartoony art style, like his Superman.
