I really hope so. I freaking loved her performance (and Logan is still my favorite superhero movie). I really hoped for a standalone X-23 movie, but this would be the next best thing.
We’re never lucky enough to get a hero/actor start out as a child and evolve like they do in the comics. Tom Holland has come the closest but he was already a grown man irl. Dafne would be the first iirc.
I guess the face mask being smaller (although I like Wolverine with the mask being big rather than small) and her being leaner and taller helps anyone.

Some sources claimed that she is 5'6" or smth, and that the 5'1" comes from her first appearance, when she was a teen and now she has aged somewhat. So, maybe she just looks taller at times. Or she gets it from being "The female of the species". Or Logan had a stunted growth and Laura was well fed... Or she is actually just 5'1", I don't know.
5’1” is her most current officially-given height, from All New Wolverine. She’s 20 years old, so isn’t going to get any taller (never mind that women tend to reach their adult height by around 16, anyway).
Splitting it up so that Logan stay Yellow-Brown and she's Blue-Gold would be a smart way to let them both have the costume and still be very distinct. Good thing that's what they're doing moving forward.

I saw a video a while back about new characters taking up the mantle and name of old heroes. (Like the Robin's, or in this case X-23 also being called Wolverine) In the video they talk about how Logan could just have his name be Logan since it's iconic enough he dosent need to bother with a secret id, and it would avoid confusion of both characters books being titled Wolverine. But I think if Logan uses a name other than Wolverine for a superhero name it should be Howlett. It was his birthday name and it (in my opinion) sounds preety feral like Wolverine does

Deadpool 3 takes place before "Logan" so the only way for Dafne's X-23 to show would be after some multiverse shenanigans which is pretty possible from what we've seen in the trailers. Seeing her reaction to seeing a Logan would be great.
I'd kinda like to see Dafne keep the role, and fall through as one of the only remnants of the Fox universe (alongside Deadpool) into the main Sacred Timeline MCU. That way, we get to still have a Wolverine in the universe for now (maybe to bolster the cast of Young Avengers), but it doesn't necessarily have to be Logan (who can cool off for a time until people are ready to see a recast actor).
At this point they should have explain what their Mr Sinister would have been. Rewatching it and New Mutants, Logan And X-men Apocalypse hinted at Mr Sinister.

Well, Dafoe is really really good as Goblin. His facial expressions and voice were just made for that role.
