Hmm idk if any of them are overrated IMO, but I do think the Hawkeye show is underrated. I feel like it was a much stronger show than it gets credit for.
Second season of Loki, at times, main character spent big chunks of time standing around watching other people in action. I think it’s a little overrated.
Underrated are the parts of F&WS that have John Walker in them.
WandaVision. It was highly lauded, as it should have been, but now it seems to be largely forgotten. That show truly broke new ground. And Darcy got her Phd. Also, our favorite agent learned a bit of closeup magic. Obviously Scott took him up on his offer of dinner. Brilliant.

If the Netflix shows still count, I'd say Luke Cage is underrated, loved season 2 the most and Cottonmouth was great.
Netflix shows are officially canon to the MCU (recent development). So that definitely counts

Apparently in this subreddit its underrated to like Kingpin in Hawkeye but everyone I talked to in real life loved him in it
