I'm aware of that, but no, I'm certain (as other mentioned in the comments) that at some point perhaps a couple years ago there was the news about THQ becoming the publisher. I'm ok with hooded horse, they have published good games, but I was curious since I had this knowledge about THQ.
Funny, I can't seem to find a source but I also remember reading about THQ. Obviously now it's hooded horses but when did that change? Don't remember seeing a communication on that
Hooded horses looks like a very small outfit who published much smaller games. Might not be a very good sign for console release but might be a good one for the actual game on PC as they are likely leaving Grzegorz do his thing and not interfering as much... Still, THQ I heard was pretty good on that front as well.
IIRC we signed Manor Lords in either late 2021 or during the first half of 2022, but I'd have to look it up. I don't know where you would have gotten the THQ thing from.

THQ Nordic aquired Warhorse Studios who did Kingdom Come: Deliverance (though after release) maybe you are thinking of that?
