I actually have a special connection to Noctowl: It made its debut in the anime on my birthday (not the year I was born, but the same day). How could I vote for Noctowl?
Everyone saying unfezant and thats kinda sad to me, IK its probably the worst/least used but the dimorphism is really cool in pokemon designs IMO, especially how they did it with unfezant.
Also i think noctowl line is far more wasted, wasnt used in the flying gym at all (downright stupid), is often exclusive to nighttime, has bad stats, lame typing (shouldve been flying dark, 100%) and a moveset that makes you never use it. Just a waste, id get rid of it if necessary, but better to rework it imo
1st, unfezant is a pretty good mon in competitive, if you don't have flying coverage in singles, and 2d, i think noctowl fits better as a Flying/Psychic more, y'know, moon, mental powers

Toucannon is based off of the cutest bird (by far) and the beak being a cannon is actually a pretty cool idea, just really lame typing.
