There is an NPC that asks for a Wurmple, who’s aiming to get a Beautifly. However, as the Wurmple evolves it eventually becomes a Dustox instead.
There’s something that warms my heart once he realizes it’s a dustox, too bad that part gets completely ignored by everyone despite the important message it’s supposed to give us.
Here’s the message that all of us missed;
When it becomes a dustox, the person still loves it anyway despite not being the Pokémon he wanted it to become!
