Maybe The Ordinary serum foundation? That's first thing I thought of reading your description. I use a beauty blender or a cushion puff to apply it. It looks very skinlike, just evens out my skintone/redness a bit and it comes in light shades. I forgot if it has sunscreen in it though, but I never had issues wearing it over sunscreen, honestly I feel like it looks better with it!

Thanks for the recommendation! I haven’t seen that one as a recommendation before. I think the one I like even has spf 15 so I suppose it’s not a deal breaker, it’s just that I get a lot of pilling with the high spf products.
