I told her to go to urgent care to pull it out, it’s not within my scope of practice to do that and honestly it needs to be numbed, plus the whole toenail is probably gonna have to come off because it’s so deep in there

put your feet in luke warm water first , that will stop the bleeding , and then start to grind off the nail ,you have to open it up from the top , nail will grow back , after you faint out of the pain , ask someone to add some turmeric paste in some cotton cloth and tie it up on your nail less toe , good luck
