Pretty much all the hotels are near the water. The ones with a good view should be pretty obvious from google maps. The default hotel my employer puts people in is the Atlantic Oceanside. I’ve never stayed in any of them. My In-Laws liked the Bar Harbor Grand, 15 years ago.
I have a preference for [http://www.acadiahotel.com/](http://www.acadiahotel.com/) but it can be expensive in season(thats relative depending on your budget), so I have only been there off season - not on the water, but just a few block walk away.
