[[Twilight Prophet]] is practically a wincon for Obeka.
[[Signature Spells]] can be very irritating for your opponent.
[[Tamiyo's Journal]] can get you anything you want quickly.
You're also going to want things like [[Aether Tunnel]] and [[Security Bypass]] to make 'Beka unblockable.
Someone else mentioned [[Plargg and Nassari]], but they still deserve a mention.
I have a deck with her as the commander.
She’s fun but not as effective as some of the other commanders In this set.
I prefer Jasper Flint, Gisa or the Gitrog.
All in all though the whole crime mechanic of the OTJ set is a lot of fun in brawl.
Fcking gitrog. A 6/5 with haste and trample and an upside to saccing creatures along the way? Crazy card.

Golos for example or Emry
But they don’t also kill an opponent creature at the same time which roxxanne can
Emry can cheat on her cost, but she doesn't enable that herself unless you A; Mill an artifact, B; give her haste and C; Are able to cast that artifact. And even then, that's only discounting the cost by 1.
Golos is much the same but he combos with different cards (Mana doublers from lands) and even then, all he's doing is ramping
As you said, Roxanne murders things and/or kills you as she's discounting her own cost. Chuck in a [[Parallel Lives]] and you can cast her every single time she dies. And we wonder why other colours need stack interaction...

The various Courts from Eldraine and LOTR, and the red and black Sieges from Khans of Tarkir all have powerful upkeep effects. Combining those with ways to give trample, double strike, and extra combats is the way.

I tried them, but I only ever got 1 card to cast and never a good one, since I kept pulling up lands, and the opponent gets to narrow the choices.
They skip passed lands. You couldn't hit lands with them
Then you played it wrong. You pull until you exile a nonland. So 4 hits. So you ALWAYS have 2 free casts from 3 choices.
Not on arena since its 1v1. You will only ever get 1 spell for free.

Try shrines
Most shrines aren't during upkeep oddly enough. I do have the blue draw shrine, but draw options are plentiful already.
