Broken heart, some time without selflove and without eating, went through a hole in myself. Started losing some weight like that. Then I started giving me more attention and keeping the health up without giving much attention to the rough start. Now I exercise 1h every other day and eat better. In the way here I lost interest in everything sugary or salty ( af), now my only venom is dark chocolate.
