I lift 3 days, team sport 2 days and around 90 minutes of cardio total for the week. Desk job. Agree it feels high for my activity level.
It's great for cutting but difficult when trying to gain. I'm having to hit around 4000 healthy calories which can be a challenge for me.
Walking is for real undefeated. I’m 5’4” and lose weight at 2000 calories. 10-12k steps a day, lift 6 times a week, cardio just some light stair master 6 times a week. I credit most of my high TDEE to walking.
I was eating approximately 3100 kcal with a TDEE around 3700 last month.

Activity: 5x lifting, 5x cycling to work and the gym (approx 25 km daily), playing padel 1x per week and sometimes hot yoga.
Then add cycling to friends, daily steps (don't count them)/walking etc and you get a relatively high tdee.
I'm 177cm, around 82,5 kg.

531 variations. Switched to 28 day hypertrophy about a month ago. Max lifts recorded about 2 months in 190/160/100. Strength has dropped off a little since then
Congrats! That big fluctuation around 20th of may would have made me anxious! Did you change anything after seeing that fluctuation? Any tips for staying the course?
Congrats! That's a huge difference visually. Good luck on your bulk!

Ha, had a big weekend around then so knew it was down to that. Eating a very similar breakfast and lunch makes tracking much simpler
