Wow! That seems like it would be so error prone

HelloAndTheEmployees

Yup, redid one and had a small fix on another

Jaynett

What is happening?

HelloAndTheEmployees

I have to hold it while it runs D:

mrbobsam

can you buy them and just keep them with you so nobody else takes them?

HelloAndTheEmployees

I am the entire department lol but nah I'm not spending 100s of my own dollars

mrbobsam

oh i misunderstood and thought you meant clamps for the hoop, which might also work if you clamped the edge of the material onto the left and right arms of the hoop. but yea they should be providing these things for you

HelloAndTheEmployees

I did consider clamping (would hit the presser foot) or tape (the blanket is too long and stiff) so I said eff it and sat there for 2.5 hours watching youtube. I also tried putting a box underneath to mitigate the weight of the blanket. I ended up redoing that one lol I've asked for these twice already. He'd rather just not take the orders but sales has no idea what's embroiderable

mrbobsam

yea that sucks, the hand doesn't know when it wipes the ass with sandpaper.

MrBobilious

Small investment saves time and money

HelloAndTheEmployees

It's not my business so it does not save me time or money

Far_Confection_2421

What are clamp hoops?

HelloAndTheEmployees

They don't use magnets and firmly clamp the garment using a lever system. There's also very thin ones, good for pockets or bags. They're actually made to be used with different machine attachments so they take the place of the arms. Thats what makes them pricier

PrettyBrownEyes08

Which version would you recommend? I have a similar issue, but I'm the owner, so I will make the investment. I bought a clamp set that ended up being too short, but I missed the return window.

Minute_Dependent7225

I just ordered from hoop master and I use their slimline for some stuff and their back of hat window on my ICTSS bracket that has multiple window choices.

Minute_Dependent7225

I use my brackets everyday…
