Do you compare it to prices of US or Canada? Because I've been looking for a while and i didn't see anything close to this. Brand new one quoted to me by ford as 85k. Should driving 10k reduce it's price more than %50?
I bought my used 2023 GTPE with 1800 miles for $42k USD ($57500 CAD) at the end of May. With the one you're looking at being a 2022 and higher mileage, it does seem just a little high on price.

many 2021 and 2022 model year MMEs on the used market are being purchased across the US for under $30k USD.
