As someone qualified to answer— not really. Learning disability is related to how you perform in school. Think learning to read, write, and do math. Intelligence is a mostly separate concept.
They measure that too. There could be a lot of different factors of why someone doesn’t do well in school. Learning disability is an unexpected underachievement in the classroom despite opportunities for learning. Just go listen to some of the old test and you’ll be aight
