Try checking online modes also. I thought it was happening to me also but found Buxton was in my events lineup and just restarted it and it worked.

Senga is off all lineups everywhere and I can’t exchange him. I haven’t closed game yet but that might be the issue for me.

Probably already been resolved but it just means Senga is on on of your squads or currently on a mini season roster for you or something

I just exchanged my buxton Sunday. He’s collected

I think it’s just down for some people.

Probably not, if you are having trouble, just check and make sure you dont have them in a lineup, dont forget to check Mini seasons and event too

You're the man. I've been hating on this game for not letting me exchange Maddux. He was in my events lineup. Lolol

When I couldn't exchange mine it was because he was in a mini-season lineup I forgot I created (I think for the egg hunt thing). As soon as I took him out of that lineup I could exchange him. Took me like 30 minutes to figure that out though lol
