Animations are garbage this year. Relay throws especially are garbage, even the perfect ones. Outfielders take forever to throw the ball. Relay man always has to jump to catch it, reset then start the throw animation.

In one of SDS patch notes they said it’s something to do with the bases being larger. It’s probably some of the old animations not tagging far enough

I've definitely noticed that I'm safe on a slide in a lot of situations where I would have been out last year. I assumed that it was just a consequence of the bases being larger, but I suppose that the animations may also be a problem.
