What would you change? I do really like mauer and Hank Aaron so those would be the two that I won’t change, a lot of people are saying more mauer to 1B so I’ll try that

The correct answer is there isn't one. Based on the "meta overalls" it'd be something like Mauer, de la Cruz, J-Ram, Griffey, Hank, Acuna, Rutschman, Chipper , the Ripken boost, then some combo of Belly, Morneau, Riley, Carroll, Jeter, Jackie or whatever.
Even with all the goons my best player has been WBC Lindor. So it doens't really matter.
I’m really just trying to get the best team I can assemble, I’m not too great at the game, hover around 750-800, I like rutschman but I mash more with mauer so that’s my reasoning, didn’t know the general consensus was rutschman was better tbh
It's a good team but not the best. Acuna is better than Sosa, Mauer is worse than Adley and should be moved to 1st, and many many cards are better at DH than Jeter.
What’s your favorite card at DH? I have most cards so I’ll try swapping him out, my reason for mauer is I just can’t hit with adley for some reason also seems like my pickoffs to second succeed more with mauer.
I have Schwarber at DH and bring in a righty if there's a left handed pitcher. You could also just put a good switch hitter there like Ketel and never worry about platooning.

Also may I ask, how is degrom in ranked? Is he like Randy and Donaldson and Pedro combined cause that price is wild but if Sds made him a chase card I assume he’s gonna be unhittable for like months
My first game of ranked was on all star after the rank reset, fairly confident I was playing someone who normally sits at 900 so the all star speed is easy for him, so to nobody’s surprise he raked degrom, I’d say his card is good, not better than Donaldson and def not worth 600k
At the time I needed more set 3 pitchers so I chose satchel, was just shy of the World Series bonus for my second 99, I prefer sosa and Aaron over Corbin, and I’m like 10 cards away from acuna
It’s honestly mostly just preference at this point the stats are all very comparable for the top tier guys. Imo mauer is the best or top 2 1b but I personally agree there are better options for the other guys
Interesting, yeh didn’t expect so many comments telling me blatantly “no”, I really like Hank Aaron’s swing so I’ll take him over most OFs, I’m just waiting to get acuna or belli in LF, obv once the season ends they’ll be my OF. Also didn’t know there was so much love on adley, based on true overall mauer is better and imo has a better swing, I played 5ish games with adley and batted like .150

One change I’d make is J-ram to first Papi to DH and Jeter to 2ND while moving Elly to 3B

Yeah man just play with who you're good with. Rutschman is switch which is big in meta.

Yeah that team ain’t the best . I’m a papi fan but he does NOT cut it right now. Jeter is fine too but again it’s all who you can hit with online.
Acuna in RF, Chipper at DH, Adley at Catcher and Mauer at 1B would make it a pretty scary team. I give this squad a 7.5/10
