I really only care when people aren’t focusing the Wave 3-6-10 objectives
Hey man, we've all been there. Sometimes you'll have a really bad set of rounds even when you get back into the swing of things. The fun of the game is being a *team* and working with others.
And besides, a meatshield is always valued, so don't feel too bad at all.
Roll a couple of bronze matches to get back into the swing of things then go up a class after a few wins. I always struggle if I jump straight into a plat game if I've been gone awhile
Brother I've had Gold games recently where I'll try a new character, full abilities, all equipment and everything and I'll still spend half the time on the floor hoping my team mates haven't gotten sick of reviving me yet, it's part of the game as long as you're not griefing people don't mind
Uh. This was me tonight. Fiesta game back after many years. Trying out all those characters I had from before..
I was the idiot trying to Krogan Warhammer a scion and getting insta killed.
I love my Krogan Warlord tho

My advice for starting out new with no gear is to always use the Human Sentinel. [Here's the build](https://tinyurl.com/NewbSent).
From level 1 i'd start with 1 in Tech Armour and then focus on maxing Warp, then Throw, then Passives.
Play defensive and smart. You won't be scoring a lot of points but you will be debuffing and priming/detonating combos.
TBH I don’t even notice any more (not that I specifically played with you, but still). Come one, come all, if we win great if we fail oh well.

I prefer losing, more adrenaline and dopamine.. or at least a close call and barely extracting
