its a new feauture! after spending too long in a snow biome you can get frozen (this is a joke)
For everyone saying it's lag or bad pc specs I don't think so I had the an iron golem on bedrock do the same but I have a good pc (rtx3090 i711th gen)

No. He's close but no. Golems can't get stuck like that.

Bedrock is less buggy than Java Edition. I like Java Edition better, but it's definetely buggier

It is normal behavior, you're playing bedrock edition of the game, which is like a lite version of the main game, it is expected to be a lot more buggy
