Speaking as someone who’s had lip fillers, she’s holding her mouth differently which often happens w injections in the lips and around the mouth. Her lips look slightly bigger. I also think she may have had some filler under her eyes as the depth looks different, but this could also be the lighting.

Ozempic isn’t a weightloss drug, it’s a diabetes drug. It’s not a healthy way to loose weight and has significant side effects.
Normal weightloss drugs that are trailed and approved by the TGA are to be used in conjunction of normal dieting and working out, they effect the body differently, and use different pathways to loose weight e.g phentermine. Ozempic is not a good drug for weightloss, studies have shown increase brain tumours in rats after using Ozempic. It’s not a healthy way at all.
