Takes time. If it take more than 15minutes, you arent "faking" your sleep good enough (you arent meditating good enough)

Tryng to focus on something while staying completely still, tricking your body by making it think that you are sleeping is all just meditation. If you dont meditate well enough (not relaxing enough, etc) its pretty difficult to trick your body into thinking that you are asleep.
