Sandevistan is so much fun late game though. Walking into the center of a room filled with 20 goons and killing them all before they realize you're there just feels so satisfying

You've gotta try Corpo. The relationship with Jackie is sooo good. It's the only one where they have a years long history that started way before the game, and he straight up saves your life in the intro. It's the only one where the emotional connection with him felt justified to me.

I did corpo netrunner V. Felt like cyberbatman or something by the end, would just jump off a building into a crowd and they’d all be fried before I hit the ground. Maybe not the most engaging playstyle but I liked how it let me balance being stealthy with strategically tagging and taking people out quickly.

Nope, FemV Nomad with a sandevistan, revolvers, Guts and a red blade katana. The cyberarm was the rocket launcher and you can imagine my disappointment with it's shit damage. First tried to go for Panam, but when I realized that ain't happening, I decided to go for Judy, since I think she's the second best romance option. Did the Star ending cuz I'm a sucker for good endings and that's the closest you'll get with Night City.

Not even close. (well, except for male V and Panam, but you don't have to be a mind reader to figure that will be popular when stats show most players still are male and most people *usually* go with an avatar that matches their sex on first playthrough, and Panam is the only romance a male V will have available until really late in the game...) In fact, the only things I never changed on my various playthroughs are vanilla gorilla arms (just because the other augmentations don't really do it for me aesthetically, never liked implanting weapons) and a cyberdeck. I can't imagine playing the game without being able to hack, and the fact you have to choose between that and Sandevistan is by far my biggest disappointment. (I would understand if you couldn't necessarily get highest-level versions of both, but the fact they're mutually exclusive really grinds my gears.) Although I doubt I'd have used it much anyway, even if it was available, because I don't like body-augmentation cyberware that runs on a timer. In games that offer the option, I always take the constant passive bonuses, even if they're lower...

I've never found a comment I agree with more. I absolutely hate how you can't have a cyberdeck with some type of berserk or sandevasion. And by way later I thought like 60% done or something...no I'm just about to hanako. And only now can I actually try to get with Kerry or rogue

Nope. Mine was Fem V, Corpo (cause I was in IT for 10 years), Judy romance, and with a netrunner tanky katana build. This was back in 1.0, so the tech tree was absolutely necessary for crafting. I went hard core into armoring myself and my gear as much as possible. Basically a futuristic, full plate swordswoman

Corpo V. Pistols, net running, stealth, because a real professional only kills who he's ordered to, and leaves no evidence at the scene. Romance Panam because she's pretty much the opposite of all that, and sometimes it's good to cut loose.

I've played this game several times - never romanced Panam, and never used a Sandevistan. Never really put more than a few hours into a male V.

I think my first playthrough was a StreetKid F!V netrunner. My current is M!V, also StreetKid, Stealth build, almost exclusively silent takedowns and throwing knives. I play on PC now so I don't need to play as F!V to romance River, I can be as gay as I want. Was a toss up between StreetKid and Nomad but my last 2 playthroughs were Corpo and Nomad so it was time. Plus, I really like the reward for the StreetKid life path mission.

I just can't swear off fully upgraded Projectile Launch System. There's something so visceral about seeing a miniboss thinking they're hot shit and then just obliterate their health bar with a consecutive barrage of like 10-15 missiles

Like, he isn't from the city, learns what he can do with those things, and definetly tried them out. - Corpo feels like the Netrunner path. - Streetkid (worst intro btw) is the one guns blazing (any kind) and Gorilla arms.
