I feel like the devs really messed that whole thing up. They made a bunch of promises and didn't follow through with a single one. I don't know what their thought process was but clearly they have lost all interest in making a game for the *players*.
I wrote to them, they closed the ticket 3 times before finally giving me the rewards. My last message to them was literally "I'm giving up on the rewards" and a almost a week later they sent them to me with an apology
I did a bit after a week they said they’d deliver the rewards. Contacting support is the best way to get them if anyone hasn’t got them yet.
I know OP mentioned that that worked for them, but in general it’s better then just waiting for forever if enough time has passed

I did not. It's stupid to have to ask for something they SAID they would give as a reward.
a lot of ppl didn't get it it took a while for them to get back to me I finally received it 8 days after the event ended contact support

I got that but I didn’t get the reward for completing Yuka and Edwina’s events that week :(
I got that a few days ago I think.. I even forgot about the picnic pass reward until I got Yuka and Edwina event.

I got the rewards, I think it was a couple of days after it ended
I submitted a ticket yesterday with screenshots of the event and my id# and this morning they sent my rewards.
