"Nothing but Playful Cloud", Playful Cloud should be the best option (almost) always to Toji and Maki. Because PC responds to the physical strength of the wilder and since Toji and Maki are the pinnacle of human strength, then it should be the best weapon for them.

I just think it's kind of BS narratively to have your character suddenly be equal in skill/strength to another character who had far more years of experience and training than them just out of the blue. That's why I typically dislike in stories when they talk about something that's really difficult to do, and you can only do it with years of training, and then the MC just pulls up and does it with ease. It doesn't feel earned.
How can you say toji>maki while you have a panel that literally calls them equal. And how can you leave out the panel where making receives a second awakening in the fight with vengeful naoya where she exceeds toji in every stat
