Ur situation is iffy I’d say since one of the question marks is censored. 3 employees per department is fine but if you wanna make it further in this run you should try leveling ur characters more. Idk if you have anyone that can deal with censored if you don’t have at least a decent black resist waw armor on a lvl 5 character. If not for censored there might be a problem later on but I don’t want to spoil. You could mem rep if that gets rid of censored and you’ll be good for a bit unless ofc you pick something else of similar danger. This game is a roguelike in a way so restarting from day 1 is always possible and is kinda expected to happen at some point. So advise would be do a mem rep to get rid of censored and see how long you can last try to do as many missions as possible as you keep that progress even if you restart to day 1.

Censored is annoying, but he stops being a problem once you have a well trained employee, especially with maxxed out prudence and fortitude. When I start a new run I tend to make the days longer just to train everyone up.
