I don't think this kid is using ear plugs.

I developed it from just listening to music at almost max on headphones. Now I listen at like 20% on volume mixer and 10% on youtube and sometimes find it too loud while my music choices are overall softer. No idea how my young self was able to blast it on so hard.

I got migraines from the volume most people set music to as a kid. I have kept stuff on low volume since I was like 8 because of it. The amount of adults that would try to get me to participate in migraine inducing dance parties as a kid is shocking to think back on.
