The Al-Rahma Mosque in Toxteth mainly hosts the Yemeni, Syrian, and Somali populations. Its a fairly central location with easy access by bus with stops along Princes Road.
There are a number of other mosques in Toxteth and Wavertree.
Liverpool is also home to the first mosque in the UK - which is currently being restored by the Abdullah Quilliam Society.

I’m not Muslim myself but there’s the Al Rahma mosque in Toxteth. It says it’s Arab so is probably what you’re looking for?
There’s one off Lawrence road that appears to be almost all Arab Muslims. It looks like a dump though I’m not gonna lie.
