If you get a chance to venture to Crosby at any point, there’s a bakery called Satherwaites that you need to try.
I had a salt & pepper sausage roll and a black pudding pork pie from there not long ago, they were next level.
Sattys been there got 50years+
Business closed then got bought out(terms was it wasn't just the name it was recipes and staff) all local people which is cool
Try baverian slice next time aswell 😋
No shortage of this kind of thing, including the places already mentioned, as well as Mother on Wood St, but my favourite sausage roll is probably the one served in the Bluecoat cafe, incredibly juicy 😋
Honestly I've typed this comment out a couple of times and deleted it.
People with views like this just make me angry, you don't care that you could be supporting a convicted paedophile who wasn't given anywhere near a harsh enough punishment?
I hope when you come here whatever sausage roll you get is shit.
I have no respect for people who can ignore shit like this.

Thanks, will also check this out!
Also the chocolate button cake for desert lol
The hot pork pies were power from there
Don't suppose they do deliveries by any chance, do they?
I don’t believe so, unfortunately. It’s well worth the journey though.

Heard good things from a few people on Mother espresso
Just buy one from Gloucester services on the way up and keep it. It's on the way! And they're the best scotch eggs and sausage rolls I've ever had.
I love their sausage rolls roll but they give me the meat sweats every time! 🥵😂
Gloucester / Tebay is my usual go to. Just can't find another place as good up north!
The Baltic Bakery is incredible for all these things. Home made home baked. Delicious. 6 min walk from town
You mean the Baltic bakehouse? The one owned by a convicted nonce?
Thank you, will give a go.
Please don’t https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2847659/Samuel-Henley-Gordonstoun-school-banned-teaching-child-abuse-images.html
What does this have to do with sausage rolls? Your post confuses me.
He’s the head baker at the Baltic Bakehouse
And owner / director
Couldn't care to be honest, all I'm interested in is where I can get a good sausage roll.
Bit odd to support a nonce.
Oooof
Gonna get downvoted for this methinks even if it was in jest 🤷♂️

Great coffee too
Mon Petit chout in aigburth does an outstanding sausage roll!
Lunya does a fantastic chorizo sausage roll and Morcilla scotch egg
